Third Monday Market Update

Pending sales have increased 8.5% in the last two weeks. Internet marketing activity has shown an increase in viewings as well. As predicted in the last update, we have seen a larger number of showings in the past few weeks. Our office has seen this increase for several reasons: temperature difference here versus “home”, ASU football games, and people traveling to the area to look for homes for retirement.

First Monday Market Update

Another slight increase in sales and properties under contract has
provided some smiles in the area. Fall was in full swing this weekend, as
we had numerous days of great weather and cool nighttime temperatures.
For the next few months tourism will rise in the area; a large number of
these people will be attending ASU football games, the numerous High
Country Festivals, and just stopping in to see the Fall colors change.
During this time, we will have more activity than normal, as people will
stop/call in to see a property while they are in town.
