Again, we continue to see sales figures high above the previous 2 years. As banks have released some of their grip on mortgagees, buyers have been viewing properties at a much higher rate than the previous year. Showings for the last few weeks were a little slower than last month, but I believe we are going to see these numbers rise again soon. The number of properties Under Contract are holding steady, but they are still a little off from last year.
