We continue to see sales figures higher that the previous 2 years. Showings as still a little slower than last month, some of this maybe the wet weather we have had over the last several weeks, but I believe we are going to see these numbers rise again soon. The number of properties Under Contract are holding steady, but they are still a little off from last year and a little better than last month.
