Third Monday Market Update

For our residential market, the season is getting shorter and shorter. The movement our market we will see over the months from December to March will be located very close to our towns. These properties will be more full time residents rather than part time or seasonal. Though, I am also under the impression that with the economy working itself out of the gutter, we will see more activity over the winter than we have before. Early indicators suggest a raise in traffic for our market in the Spring of 2010. While many buyers will probably be waiting out the winter to make an offer on a property, several "investors" will be looking for the "deal of the century" over the winter months.

As I have alluded to several times before, I am always searching for the best way (usually the most aggressive way) to market properties. Recently I began a new relationship that will double the number of websites where I market properties. Over the next 4 months I will be testing this new relationship with a guarantee it will drive more traffic to properties.

Regards,
