Third Monday Market Update

Same ole’, Same ole’…except for some shinning light. Two things started to stand out over the last two weeks. We have seen an increase in the number Under Contract and the number of prospects calling for information. These are both good signs as we start to head through Summer and into Fall. There were more calls in the last 15 days than the entire month of July and almost double the number of calls for the month of June.
