We continue to see good signs as we head into the Fall. As always, it seems, we still have a long way to go. Residential home sales are continuing to rise, as land sales stay stagnet. We expect to see a continued rise in sales, as we see our current Under Contracts stay at a very high level. As rates continue to reach record numbers, for the last ten years, we expect to see our current sales numbers stay very stable. **As always, we still have a very large hole to climb out of, our residential numbers are holding steady with just over 3 years of inventory.
