With a little preliminary work, I see out end of year for 2011 looking stronger than at first anticipated (later this month, I will be sending out the final numbers). Traffic is on the upswing currently and the number of properties Under Contract is much higher than the same time in previous years. Also, there was a slight rise in properties Under Contract is the $300,000-$400,000 range. All indicating that things seems to be getting a little better, but we are not out of the whole. We may have just stopped digging, but everything hinges on our governmental politics. We should have a strong Spring and decent Summer, with maybe some hesitation coming as we head towards "voting season". Good luck to us all.
