Traffic has continued to stay higher through the beginning of 2012, and the number of properties Under Contract is still much higher than the same time in previous years. We also have seen out first up-tick in the median price and the number of sales transactions since 2007. All these are good signs for our market. With sales continuing to rise, and some starting to see relief, this may be a good year for many local owners.
