Very similar to the last update, but there was a little change in the number of properties that have recently gone Under Contract. Notice the number of homes Under Contract for today, versus previous updates. Highlighted is the current number, as well as the same time last year. Things seem to be loosening up a good bit more, which encourages my belief that we are going to have a much better first and second quarter for 2012.
