We have hit a high water mark for the number of properties Under Contract (since I started keeping records of this on May 18, 2009). Also, with the number of properties rising, it is also imperative to compare this year property sales to last years; so attached you will also find these statistics. With properties that are priced in the higher price points, the movement in sales is good, but we still are fighting through a lot of properties on the market.
