Updates for the current Market continue to impress even the skeptics. Taking time to research our current sales status compared to the past several years is very encouraging. Residential sales stats (year to date) are 31% ahead of 2011, 76% ahead of 2010, 70% ahead of 2009, and 13% ahead of 2008. One of the best sales year we have had in the High Country was 2007, we are only 8% behind sales transactions from 2007 and we keep getting closer and closer.
Our Absorption Rate continues to stay stagnant, as we still have a large number of properties remaining in our Inventory. But again, the number of properties Under Contract is still very high (let's just keep our fingers crossed that banks will continue to allow us to close on these properties).
