Our current sales are continuing to climb, but we have also seen a small climb in the number of new listings as well. There has been a lot of talk about the current election with regards to real estate transactions, but most importantly, news has recently come across the shows the number of properties that are in Foreclosure are continuing to decline. This is a great sign for our real estate market, even though we don't have a large number of Foreclosures (compared to most US cities), it still helps our Sellers in the current market.
