Good Evening,
After pouring through our 13 pages of data, and then checking and re-checking our numbers; I came to some interesting information. We currently have the lowest Absorption Rate since June of 2008, which also happens to be the first month that I started to gather this data (see page 5 for additional information).
Everyone continues to talk about the election, well we are a quickly approach the end of voting for 2012 and all opinions continue to indicate that no matter the party winner, we will continue to see real estate growth across the country.
