Third Monday - High County Market Update

Good Evening,

As we head into the winter, the internet traffic continues to stay strong while showings of second homes have decreased since the end of Leaf Season. On another positive note, buyers are still placing properties Under Contract at a higher rate than last year. Also, we normally do not see full time residents relocating to our area that are looking for property this time of year. We usually see them around March or April. In the past month, I have had several people asking about homes in the area as they starting to look for homes.
