First Monday - High County Market Update

Good Afternoon,

Currently, our Absorption Rate (Inventory) numbers are great. Except for land, every other category we have researched shows the lowest numbers we have seen since June of 2008. Normally we see drops in the Absorption Rate at the beginning of the year, this is very common and predictable. But, to be as far below as we currently are shows great signs of progress for our market. We see properties Under Contract, pending closings, in every price category but one. We still need to wait a few days to get the final sales data for 2012, but currently we are about 25% ahead of last year (for the number of transactions).
