Third Monday - High Country Market Update

Good Evening,
 
We have seen a larger increase in inventory, but at the same time, we again have seen a nice rise in the number of properties that are Under Contract. It was almost a 10% jump, again, for the last few weeks. I just had a meeting with a local attorney and he confirmed what I had said last month, we are starting to see signs of the land market starting to recover. It has a long way to go, but at least the sales are starting to increase. Rates have started to rise over the last few months and it is expected that this will be a trend for the rest of this year (and probably for the foreseeable future).
