First Monday - High Country Market Update

Good Evening,

After some great news over the last few months with property showing increasing, we have seen a slight dip in the number of properties that are Under Contract. We are still tracking good sales for our year to day, but being so close to the beginning of the month our June 1st stats are a little off (wait for updates in two weeks). On another important note, we have seen another slight dip in the average and median sales price. This is not a dramatic event, but it is worth noting. It is my assumption that as we start to see the number of homes that have been foreclosed "dry up" we will see the average and median prices increase…across the board.
