Depending on where someone lives in the Country, there are either hearing great news…or they are hearing news that the market is going to start rebounding. While either one sounds great, we know everything is relative to one thing, your property. Showings (across our market) and internet traffic on all our (Cash Realty) sites are increasing. You might remember comments I have made previously that our market is dependant on the metro markets in our state (and additional ones close by). This again points to life for our market, as each of these areas have rebounded, some much better than others. A large percentage of our clients come from one of three areas (Boone, Charlotte, and Raleigh), in that order. They make up almost 75% of our market. The Charlotte and Raleigh areas have had an unbelievable year, and that has sent a greater surge to our area.
