First Monday - High Country Market Update

Good Evening,
 
Over the last few weeks, our sales have not been as strong as we would have liked (or anticipated). We are tracking right along pace with where we were last year, which is not necessarily a positive statement. Other areas that have previously sent clients to our area are experiencing growth in their market, but this growth in their market usually takes 6-18 months to hit our market. As long as these markets continue to grow, we should see more positive numbers over the next year…but that is as long as these markets continue their growth.
 
Actively, we are seeing good internet traffic from local internet sites, rather than national websites. Though national websites still bring the majority of buyers, a large number are still finding homes in local internet advertisements.
