Looking at our current inventory numbers (or Absorption Rate), we have recently had a slight up-tick. Comparing where we are at to the last few years, we are in a slightly better situation. The summer months, over the last few years, have shown the highest Absorption Rate compared to the rest of the year. That is good news, also, the number of properties Under Contract grew just a little bit the last two weeks.
Again (same as last update), we are seeing good internet traffic from local internet sites, rather than national websites. Though national websites still bring the majority of buyers, a large number are still finding homes in local internet advertisements.
