First Monday High Country Market Update

Good Evening,

Here in the High Country, we have been planning to build an ark. So far through July of this year, we have had 60.59 inches of rain. The highest yearly total every collected was back in 1979, where 82.79 inches fell in Boone. I have threatened to carry my kayak on top of my car, just in case.

Recently, the past few weeks, there has been a large jump in internet activity. As markets that normally drive our market have seen great sales and increases in value, we stand to profit from these in the months to come. How much, well our year to date sales are very similar to last year; usually within a percentage point.
