As I mentioned at the beginning of the month, we had a large jump in internet activity. Because of this, we had a large jump in the number of homes under contract. We have had almost 50 additional properties placed under contract, as compared to the beginning of the month. This is a great sign. Also, we currently have 225 homes under contract. The most we have had in the last 5 years at any given point was 210 (back in May 2013).
The question you have…where is the traffic now? It is still high, not quite as high as it was a few weeks ago, but still very strong. We will have to wait to see where all of this activity pans out for us.
