Third Monday High Country Market Update

Good evening,

We have had a very interesting past few weeks. We were behind in showings, the government could not work out their differences in opinions, and in the High Country we were at the Height of the Leaf Season. While the latter is the reason our market thrives in the Fall, the shutdown of the government almost stalled all showings. As soon as things came back together (for the time being), we started to have a few showings this weekend. Anticipating a lite, early winter, showings should continue until the early part of next year. That is when the local forecasters are predicting a lot of snow and colder temperatures.
