First Monday High Country Market Update

The tremendous number of property we have had Under Contract started to close these past two weeks. Even with the cold weather already upon us, we still are seeing decent buyer traffic. You can see on our Sold transactions for the year jumped just ahead of last year. Some of this was because of the government shutdown. With several days were we have seen snow flurries, it seems we will still have some nice days before winter really hits hard. Furthermore, looking into our Absorption Rate, we see the numbers drop down a little more. Over the winter several people decide not to leave their property on the market. This reduces the competition for those that keep their property on the market.
