Third Monday High Country Market Update

Currently, our Absorption Rate is holding steady compared to earlier this month. The number of active listings rose slightly, but at the same time, our sales over the last 12, 6, and 3 month periods rose as well. While all of this has been working, our Year-to-Date sales continues to gather strength. Our sales fell towards the end of the Summer, which had a lot to do with the situations facing our country (government). This lull has caused the market to rebound fairly strong over the past few weeks. We continue to see good numbers of activity as we head strong into the Holiday season.
