As you will notice in the First February Report of the High Country Market Update, we have made some changes that will make it a little quicker to get a quick overview of the market. If you have any comments or suggestions, please let us know. We have been contemplating a few of these changes recently.
We have had a slight increase in our Absorption Rate this past Update, but would like to note that the current properties Under Contract are very similar to previous Updates. Internet traffic to our syndication websites remains high for January, and our phone lines are staying more active as well. While buyers seem to remain cautious about the state of our economic climate, they all agree, the High Country is a great place.
