Third Monday NC High Country Market Update

HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!

Hope that you all have enjoyed your St. Patrick's Day, we have had a good bit of ice and fog in the High Country today. We continue to hear reports that Spring might come early this year...we will keep watching and waiting. (I know this is an unusual introduction to the High Country Market Update). Quick Highs and Lows...Sales are still holding strong, Under Contracts dipped slightly, homes sales are up slightly and land sales are down slightly.

From Realtor.com: Report: Despite Price Gains, Homes Still Undervalued.
Home prices are undervalued relative to incomes, and "there is no need to fear a bubble for at least a few years to come, if at all," says CoreLogic chief economist Mark Fleming.
