First Monday NC High Country Market Update

Since our last Market Update, we have had a large number of properties that were Under Contract close. As you see in the chart below, we were slightly ahead of March 15, 2013 figures, and are now 31 home sales ahead of April 1 2013. This is great news, but along with these sales, the number of homes on the market rose. As you will see on page two, our Absorption Rate remained very similar to the previous Market Update.

Marc's editorial note, it is interesting to read this with how much inventory we still have in our area. And it's interesting how much inventory we still have.
