There is a slight change in all of our Absorption numbers this month. The number of properties Under Contract dropped a little more than I would have anticipated this month. That being said, we had a change in our MLS today (a change in how our properties Under Contract are displayed). This might have changed this number a little, and contributed to our recent decline in properties Under Contract. Nothing else should have effected our other statistics.
We also noticed a larger drop in homes Under Contract in the lowest price bracket. This should impact our future sales averages (and slightly effect our medians).
