NC High Country Market Update July 7, 2014
Over the last few weeks, we have had a lot of buyer traffic in the area. Buyers have driven the number of properties Under Contract back up, with a tremendous jump in the number of homes Under Contract. During the same time frame, we have seen many more homes go on the market, with still more headed to market in the next few months.
You will notice that land is still getting back down a little lower, the two main causes for this are the consistent sales land has seen in the last few months and there are not a lot of lots/land being put back up for sale that was not already on the market.
It seems that the two great markets (both top 10) are driving some additional second home sales for us, here in the High Country.
