I hope that you have had a great holiday weekend; the High Country was busy with activity. Appalachian State has begun classes, many people are finishing up their vacations, and many second home owners visited this weekend to get a glimpse of the High Country over the Holidays.
With great sales over the last few weeks, we are starting to see a small number of properties in inventory; this is bringing down our ARP number. We are also still seeing high numbers of properties Under Contract, higher than normal. Now is a great time to capitalize on the market and take advantage of these current buyers.
