The High Country is moving quickly towards a great Fall season, we have averaged over 200 properties Under Contract this entire year, and 6 straight Updates with over 200 Homes Under Contract (see page 2). At the beginning of September we were 102.7% of 2013 Home sales units. If we continue at that rate for the rest of this year, we will be 7 sales units below 2007.
