In the last month, we have seen interesting data in our Market Update report. You will see we had the largest Home sales jump in a 30 day period that we have had all year. And more importantly, we still have a significant number of properties Under Contract. As sales continue to increase, we can correctly assume that prices will have to follow as well. Some areas of the High Country will start to see this in the first and second quarter of 2015, but most will see this uptick in the third and fourth quarter next year.
