The research today was very interesting, and positive. Over the last few months we have hit great numbers, but today, I am happy to announce, we have the lowest Absorption Rate for 2 categories…All Property and Homes…since I started tracking this data in June of 2008 (6.5 years ago). Under Contracts have all-time highs (since I started tracking in 2009) in 3 categories…All properties, Homes, and Land. And we sold more homes in 2014 than we did in 2007, and were 5% higher than 2013. This is great news, as we continue to see great growth throughout our entire state. Currently, we see a majority of our second home buyers coming from North Carolina.
