Weather has been interesting over the last month. It simply can't decide to be winter, and then we stay below freezing for 4 straight days. Rates continue to stay low and banks are starting to provide new requirements for loans. They are not as strict and many banks are not requiring down payments as large as they did even a year ago. Many see this trend staying with us a while longer.
