Through the first several weeks of 2015, we have seen slightly lower sales numbers. This Market Update it is important to focus on is the number of properties Under Contracts. Currently we are over 25% higher than last year in February. And while we are slightly behind last year’s current sales, the current Under Contracts keeps us thinking positively.
This week, in NYC, the top real estate leaders all said they predicted a bullish year in real estate. While this is nationwide, I agree that we expect to see another year of great sales. One last note, our office recently reported that we sold 14% more properties than any other company in the High Country in 2014.
