Looking at the charts, we are starting to catch up to the number of homes we sold through this time last year. In the last few weeks, we are also starting to see a small up-tick in the average sales price as well. That is a great sign for the first few months of the year, where we expect the average sales price to drop. February was a very strong month, as we anticipated with the number of homes Under Contract at our last Market Update. The current number of homes Under Contract is slightly ahead of this time last year, so I expect to see March much similar to February. On another note, the land inventory had taken quick a jump in a positive direction for those looking to sell, which is also a positive sign for anyone seeing property at this time.
