March ended and recorded a slightly less number of sales than we expected. While the first few weeks of April have helped us recover our year to date sales. Our Inventory and Absorption numbers have risen the last few weeks, mostly because the number of properties on the market have increased over that time. The really positive note, we have a very large number of properties Under Contract at the current time.
