In April, we saw a large number of properties added to the market (this is very common), and with the larger number of properties Under Contract, our Absorption/Inventory numbers did not jump as much as it could have. The Residential/Home Market was the only portion of our market that did not see a worse Absorption/Inventory report for the start of May. Also, the jump in the number of homes Under Contract, indicate this number might reach the lowest number in the last 5+ years.
