We had another positive month, as we saw homes sales 116% ahead of last year through May. Another small uptick in the number of homes recently placed on the market drove our inventory up slightly. And we are even more encouraged to see that we have over 200 homes Under Contract for the 5th time this year (see page 2 for more information).
