Things continue to move in a positive direction. Over the last 7 years, we have not seen the transaction numbers that we have seen thus far in 2015. And we are even more encouraged to see that we have almost 6 months less inventory (Absorption Rate) than this time last year (see page 2 for more information). Also, I would like to share some great news with you...our Office is currently the #1 Sales office in the High Country, for both transactions and volume. We are close to doubling our nearest competitor in sales transactions for 2015. Our company is committed to growing agents committed to this business and committed to help each buyer and seller reach their goals in real estate. We are looking forward to a great second half of 2015!!
