The High Country is continuing to see positive growth, we have 39 months of inventory for homes and land; and 26 months of inventory for homes. And currently we have more property Under Contract than we have had at any given time over the last 8 years (394 properties). A lot of agents have been talking about how great the market is, and it is great compared to 2009-2013, and we still have some catching up to do.
With rates still being held down, we are seeing tremendous potential for this coming Fall. Now is a great time to take advantage of the lower rates and potential buyers that are looking to purchase.
