NC High Country Market Update September 7, 2015

Happy Labor Day,


As mentioned in previous Updates, the new changes to Mortgage closings (aka TRID, TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) are less than 30 days away. Here is a great article that gives a quick glance into the current confidence that Real Estate Brokers have in their ability to handle these changes. I know that less than 82% of other High Country agents have taken a class or webinar on the new changes.  For this very reason, our team will make sure we are completely focused on each and every transaction, providing our clients with additional confidence in the changes.
