First Monday Market Update

Hello,

 

As the local US markets/economy seems to change their views of the future, on a daily basis...buyers seem to be reluctant. Saying this, we still have a record number of properties under contract. Our current inventory numbers seem to have diminished slightly, while our sales continue to rise. We are pushing towards the end of summer and looking forward to a great fall.
